We’re pleased to invite you to this year’s Annual Parish Assembly – a meeting for the whole community!
👥 Everyone is welcome, and local organisations are encouraged to attend and share their annual reports.

☕ Tea and coffee will be provided – come along, listen, and get involved in your parish.

If you wish to submit your report in written format, please email it to the Parish Clerk at clerk@hoopc.org.

The Annual Assembly will be followed by the Annual Statutory Meeting of the Parish Council.
